Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Shae! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help teens, adults, and couples navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with attachment wounds, anxiety, and emotional regulation.

My hope is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have it all figured out, or carry things alone. Therapy with me is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative — a place to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin healing in ways that feel meaningful and lasting. Together, we work toward helping you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), ACT, Gottman, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with clients to better understand emotional patterns, strengthen relationships, and build healthier ways of coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially for those who are new to the process or come from backgrounds where mental health support may not have been encouraged. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as they are and move at a pace that feels right for them.

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
