Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. I earned my PMHNP degree from Clarkson College and have experience caring for individuals in outpatient, emergency, inpatient, and community mental health settings. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and patient-centered, with a focus on helping each person feel heard while developing a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and values.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best psychiatric care begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. My approach is patient-centered and evidence-based, combining thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and education to help clients understand their symptoms and treatment options. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected, and I work alongside each person to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and lifestyle. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but to help clients build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you—not just your symptoms, but your story, your goals, and what has brought you to treatment. We'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, review your medical and mental health history, discuss any previous treatments, and identify your current concerns. Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication, therapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, or a combination of approaches. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear plan for moving forward.
