Great to meet you!

Seeking counseling is often a challenging first step. Therapy begins with a faith that you came by your struggles honestly in an effort to protect yourself and make sense of the world. My specialty is helping people recover from narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, military family stressors and veteran transitions into the civilian sector. Please reach out to me directly for session availability.

My approach to therapy

My hope is to provide you with an opportunity to disentangle from suffering and aide you in improving your quality of life, increase your satisfaction within relationships, and enhance your self-worth and compassion. My approach to therapy is a holistic one as I combine Western therapeutic techniques with Eastern meditation and mindfulness practices. I feel that by combining both, there is a greater chance of easing suffering.

What you can expect from me

In each session, I will ask a lot of questions as curiosity is an integral part of any therapeutic journey. This is a non-judgmental and safe space for genuine understanding of your needs and goals. Through our work together, I am committed to helping you recognize your strengths and innate resiliency allowing you to thrive at home, work, and in relationships. My style is one of warmth, compassion, intuitiveness, and collaboration.
