I received my Ph.D. from UCLA, an MS, and a Marriage and Family therapy license. I have also had 20 years of college/university teaching and research at UC and CSU systems and 20 years of private practice experience. You may say I know my stuff (lol)!

I also specialized in ADHD testing and treatment. One of a few therapists offering off-site and remote computerized testing for diagnosis of ADHD in children and adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is problem-solving and solution-focused. Applying and training you on techniques and ways that would help you to get "unstuck" and be able to resolve your problems of daily living and thrive in your school, work, and relationships.

What you can expect from me

I hope my clients can feel they have learned how to solve their issues on a daily basis without the help of a therapist or a coach. Self-reliance and independence, being more rational and more at peace with life, is my greatest goals for my patients.
