About Me

Therapy is a bridge of communication that fosters healing, growth & insight. It's important for clients to feel safe & to have their voice heard & truly be seen. My theoretical orientation is an integrative approach that incorporates humanistic, psychodynamic & cognitive behavioral ideologies. This allows me the flexibility to give individualized care that will help my clients. Clients are encouraged to develop goals they hope to accomplish; explore their thoughts & feelings & the root causes of their core beliefs; learning to challenge themselves; & create healthy coping tools to assist in their healing process. I’ve worked with individuals who are experiencing life’s stressors, addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma and more. I also assist clients who are struggling with losses, relationships, stress, anger and self-esteem. I'm flexible in my treatment approach and I have experience serving people from diverse backgrounds.

My philosophy as a therapist is to treat each person as a unique individual, worthy of unconditional acceptance. It is my commitment to come alongside, challenge, and encourage my clients to be physically, mentally, and emotionally equipped to deal with life stressors, while also developing a deeper understanding of one’s self.
