Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia and South Carolina. I am dedicated to fostering healing environments where individuals feel safe to explore their identities and life experiences without fear of judgment. I bring experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and family systems.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct but caring — warm, honest, and grounded in a person-centered approach. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build insight, develop practical skills, and feel more in control of their emotional world. I meet clients exactly where they in their journey, fostering a relationship built on trust and understanding.

What you can expect from me

The initial session is centered on gathering relevant background information and establishing a strong therapeutic rapport. I aim to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling hopeful, empowered, and optimistic about the therapeutic process.
