Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you are here! I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I'm a compassionate, person-centered Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges & life transitions with clarity & confidence.

My approach to therapy

As a first‐generation college graduate & Jamaican American, I understand the complex layers of identity, culture & resilience that shape our lived experiences. I bring this awareness into my work, creating a space where clients feel seen & respected. I am a USC graduate & I blend evidence‐based practices with a warm, collaborative approach at a pace that feels right for you. In a space where you feel supported, understood & empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, steady, and non‐judgmental space where they feel understood and respected. My communication is supportive and empowering, and I listen closely, validate emotions, and follow the client’s lead while gently guiding them toward insight and healthier patterns. We’ll explore what brings them to therapy, clarify their goals, and begin shaping a direction for treatment that feels collaborative and comfortable.
