Great to meet you!

Hello, soul searcher. I’m a clinical psychologist, writer, and soul-deep listener who believes in the goodness of people and the healing power of truth. With a background in psychopathology, relationships, addiction, and trauma, I help people make sense of their inner world with both softness and strength.

Through therapy and writing, I offer tools for clarity, self-compassion, and transformation. Whether you’re here for insight, support, or inspiration — you’re in the right place.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada with my three kiddos (13, 8, and 6), my IT guy — aka my husband — and our energetic Bernese/Shepherd mix, Marlin. I was born and raised in eastern Kentucky, in a town I’m sure you’ve never heard of. I spent my formative years in South Florida, where I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and an M.S. in Clinical Psychopharmacology. I’ve been a practicing psychologist since 2009 and have worked in pharmaceutical research and beyond.

My approach to therapy

I am have specialized experience in trauma, addiction, relationship dynamics, and mood and anxiety disorders. My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered—blending evidence-based practices with deep emotional attunement and a trauma-informed lens.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or a persistent sense of disconnection or overwhelm. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where we can explore the root of your struggles, uncover patterns, and support lasting emotional healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult time or ready for deeper insight and change, therapy can be a powerful step—and you're not alone in it. Your healing deserves intention, not impulse.

This initial visit gives us space to connect, answer your questions, and see if working together feels aligned. No pressure—just presence.
