Great to meet you!

Shakaola is an Intuitive Nurse Practitioner with 11 years of experience in treating adults. She received her Masters from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Shakaola takes a holistic approach in caring for her clients and encourages movement and nutrition as important parts of her practice. She uses supportive therapy, mindfulness and mindset guidance to empower her patients, meeting them where they are on their journey

A bit about my approach to therapy

Having worked with many clients in many settings over the past 14 years, I have been able to guide clients through their individual healing process by focusing on the client as a whole: mind, body, and soul. Taking a holistic approach allows my clients to feel more grounded and present in their journey through the ebbs and flows of life. I help clients to better equip themselves versus "fix" themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, we will discuss what brought you in to see me and talk about your history. We will dive deeper into your current/most recent struggles and your overall quality of life (health, sleep, nutrition, work, family life, social life) in order to come with a plan of care together
