Great to meet you!

I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment for clients to break free from limiting narratives and step into the fulfilling life they've always envisioned. I embrace bringing a light-hearted demeanor and infusing humor into sessions, as therapy, especially for the first time, can seem intimidating! I am passionate about my practice, which focuses on working primarily with young adults and college students. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions.

In addition to being an LMFT, I am pursuing my PsyD in Clinical Psychology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I empower clients to tackle life's complexities, identify innovative solutions, and develop the resilience and confidence needed for lasting growth. I am committed to a client-centered, solution-focused approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from our first session

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool in the healing process. During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you and your unique story while working together to establish meaningful treatment goals. I aim for you to leave each session with deeper insights into yourself and a greater sense of lightness and clarity.
