Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with difficult emotions, navigating a major life transition, or finding yourself stuck in relationship or family challenges, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, unsure of themselves, disconnected from others, or overwhelmed by the stress of trying to manage everything on their own. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem struggles, family conflict, or relationship concerns, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adolescents and adults seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create a path toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. I believe lasting change happens when people feel supported while also gaining the tools and confidence needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around your unique experiences and goals. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you can openly explore challenges while building practical strategies for growth and healing. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy approaches. Together, we'll work to better understand thought patterns, emotions, behaviors, and relationships that may be contributing to current struggles. We'll focus on developing healthy coping skills, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-confidence, navigating family and relationship challenges, processing difficult experiences, and creating practical solutions that support long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported from the very beginning.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical guidance. Clients often leave therapy with greater clarity, increased confidence, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and a better understanding of themselves and their emotions. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of creating the life you want moving forward.
