Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and difficult life transitions. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are no longer working for you, struggling in your relationships, or simply trying to find a healthier way to manage everything life is asking of you.

My style is warm, collaborative, and encouraging. I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while gaining a better understanding of what you're experiencing. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your current challenges, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that can help you feel more confident, balanced, and equipped moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe the most effective therapy is personal and collaborative. Rather than following the same formula with everyone, I'll take time to understand your experiences, needs, and goals so our work reflects what matters most to you.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and behavioral approaches. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on managing anxiety and stress, processing difficult experiences or trauma, improving relationships, navigating grief or life transitions, or developing healthier patterns and coping skills that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what you'd like support with. You don't need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly defined goal. We'll start with what feels most important to you and figure out the next steps together.

You can expect me to be present, compassionate, and actively engaged in our sessions. I'll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize opportunities for growth and change. My goal is for therapy to feel like a genuine partnership where you feel heard, supported, and increasingly confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
