Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes in meeting people exactly where they are with compassion, honesty, and empowerment. Resilience is my foundation, and I help clients rediscover their inner strength even in life’s most difficult moments. I value authenticity and creativity, so you’ll always find our sessions to be open, genuine, and tailored to your unique story. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I blend evidence-based practices with real-life application, helping clients build emotional awareness, self-regulation, and confidence. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, while incorporating creative strategies that fit each person’s personality and goals. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one where you feel both challenged and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about you—your story, your journey, and what’s brought you here. I want you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and free to share at your own pace. We’ll take time to talk about your experiences, your goals, and what feels most important to you right now. My focus is on listening deeply and understanding not just what has happened, but how it’s impacted you. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave feeling lighter, heard, and confident that this space is one where your healing and growth truly matter.
