My goal is to help you to understand your thoughts but also challenge unhelping thinking that may be contributing to negative feelings and behaviors. I will help you explore unhealthy patterns, learn and be comfortable with boundary setting, increase your coping skills, and just how to take better care of self. This will then give you a sense of peace.

I take pride in making my clients feel comfortable by providing a warm, inviting and light-hearted atmosphere. I understand that it can be a nerve wracking experience for some people with beginning therapy. My goal is for my clients to leave their sessions with more hope than what they came with. Change will not happen overnight however, you are the expert of your life.
