Great to meet you!

With over two decades of experience in counseling and education, I founded Bloom Within LMHC to provide a compassionate, evidence-based approach to personal growth and resilience. My background includes degrees and certifications in Education, Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mental Health Counseling, shaping my ability to support clients through anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, and more. At Bloom Within, I integrate psychoanalytical, CBT, person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and narrative therapy to help individuals challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reframe personal stories, and build lasting resilience. My approach is rooted in flexibility, collaboration, and deep emotional connection. Bloom Within is a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and understood, gaining clarity and the tools to navigate life with confidence.

My approach to therapy

Bloom Within integrates evidence-based counseling theories to guide clients toward lasting wellness and empowerment. At Bloom Within, adaptability and collaboration are central to the counseling experience. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I ensure that every session meets clients where they are—balancing critical thinking, emotional connection, and actionable insight. Whether working through life’s uncertainties or striving toward a greater sense of clarity, clients receive the tools and perspective needed to build resilience and move forward with purpose.

What you can expect from me

Bloom Within stands out through its deeply personalized and holistic approach, integrating evidence-based counseling theories to help clients find clarity and meaningful transformation. Unlike traditional therapy models that may focus on a cookie cutter approach, Bloom Within balances compassionate care, ensuring that clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered in a nonjudgmental, adaptive space. Each session is tailored to meet clients where they are, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. The practice thrives on flexibility and collaboration, guiding individuals toward self-awareness, adaptability, and personal growth. Bloom Within is not just about addressing challenges—it’s about helping clients reframe their personal stories, discover deeper purpose, and build lasting resilience in a way that feels authentic and transformative.
