With a strong foundation in CBT, I help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns to build healthier coping mechanisms and achieve tangible, goal-oriented results. At the same time, my psychodynamic work delves deeper into understanding how past experiences and unconscious factors shape current emotions and behaviors, fostering long-term insight and growth.
