Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My background in medical social work has given me the privilege of working with people navigating both emotional and physical health concerns, helping them build resilience and find meaningful ways to cope.

I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and the emotional impact of medical conditions. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where trust, empathy, and understanding are at the center. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported as you work toward healing and growth.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches and tailoring care to each person’s unique story, I work alongside clients to help them gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster lasting change. Whether you are managing the stress of a medical diagnosis, healing from past trauma, or seeking support with everyday challenges, I am here to walk with you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My style is warm, compassionate, and direct. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel truly heard.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution Focused Therapy and elements of Mindfulness-Based Practices, while always adapting my methods to fit what works best for you. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build coping strategies, and work toward greater balance, resilience, and self-understanding.

Given my background in medical social work, I have a strong focus on supporting individuals who are managing chronic illness, medical diagnoses, and the emotional toll of health conditions. I also specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self esteem, adjustment issues and PTSD.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing and growth are possible for everyone. My role is to walk alongside you, providing guidance, tools, and encouragement as you move forward on your path to wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where your voice and experiences are valued. My goal is to help you feel supported while also equipping you with practical tools and strategies you can carry into daily life.
