Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that's been in the field since 2015.

My care revolves around a client's identity. By affirming, supporting, and strengthening marginalized identities, with a focus on the LGBTQ+ and Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) communities, I work towards making sure the essential human desire to be seen, heard, and understood is experienced by all.

I utilize Integrative Therapy, with a focus on cognitive and interpersonal functioning. By embracing the unique circumstances of each client, my tailored approach can be adjusted accordingly. Therapy should not be a one-size-fits-all!

Collaboratively, we will create, implement, and reinforce your self-determined changes for your life journey. My purpose is to create a safe space in which you can explore, build upon, and affirm your identity and relationships.

From our very first session, our last session will be the focal point. By highlighting your ideal target, that will allow us to better direct our time together as you continue to develop along your path.

Other aspects of your reality, such as physiological needs, histories of trauma, support systems, cultural norms, accessibility to community resources, and systemic power imbalances, will also influence our work together. I believe in supporting ALL of the client!
