Great to meet you!
Hello, and welcome. My name is Shaleatha Brown, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), U.S. Army veteran, and behavioral health therapist dedicated to helping individuals find healing, resilience, and lasting change. My military service instilled in me the values of integrity, resilience, compassion, and service—principles that continue to guide my work as a therapist.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, bipolar disorder, and serious mental illness. Throughout my career, I have worked in outpatient behavioral health, hospital settings, community mental health, and intensive community-based programs, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you're navigating a difficult season of life or seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
