Great to meet you!

I have more than 25 years of experience supporting women and military families through meaningful seasons of change. I work with clients navigating life transitions, changing jobs, adapting to new roles, and managing the complex struggles of parenthood. I have clinical experience in a variety of settings include Hospital, Hospice , Family Advocacy on Military bases, inpatient mental health and addiction, Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings for eating disorders, addictions, and mental health diagnoses. I also provide clinical supervision for master's prepared clinicians seeking supervision hours. If you feel overwhelmed or uncertain, I offer a welcoming space to understand your story, recognize your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized because every person is unique. I meet you where you are and draw from traditional therapies as well as holistic practices, such as meditation, breathwork, reconnecting with nature, and exploring the mind-body connection. Together, we will consider what has and has not worked before, build on your strengths, and fine-tune a well-rounded plan that supports your goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will invite you to share your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. We will discuss your concerns, experiences, strengths, and the changes you are navigating, while making space for your questions. You can expect a personal, collaborative conversation as we explore approaches that feel comfortable, meaningful, and helpful for you.
