I have Master's both in Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Counseling from Amberton University. I have worked with an array of clients from youth (9 to 17) to the elderly due to my chosen work history. I have worked hospital Inpatient, community based nonprofit counseling, MHHR and privately owned youth and teen PHP program.

My approach to therapy

Shaletha therapeutic philosophy is each individual or entity (Married/Relationship) is the expert in their own lives and given the opportunity and tools they can and will change the narrative of their story to find their place of healthy peace therefore she integrates Person-Centered, Holistic and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in her therapeutic approach during counseling sessions.
