Hello, my name is Shalita Clark, and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a clinical career in outpatient settings. I specialize in managing the care of adults with depression, bipolar, anxiety, panic, PTSD, ADHD, substance use, mood disorders, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and adjustment disorders. I provide extensive psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacological treatment initiation, monitoring, and management.
