Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who helps couples navigate disconnection, repeated conflict, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or unclear.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real, practical conversations. I use a faith-informed, Gottman-informed approach to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, improve communication, and reconnect in meaningful ways.

I believe most couples aren’t lacking love, they’re stuck in patterns that leave both partners feeling unheard or misunderstood. In our work, we slow things down, make sense of those patterns, and create new ways of showing up with each other that feel more intentional and supportive.

My goal is to help you feel like a team again, with tools you can actually use outside of sessions to build a relationship that feels more stable, connected, and secure.

My approach to therapy

I create a space where both partners feel heard, understood, and supported, without taking sides. I balance empathy with structure, helping you slow down conversations, understand the patterns driving conflict, and communicate more effectively. I gently challenge unhelpful dynamics while offering practical tools so you can move forward with more clarity, connection, and intention as a team.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been happening in your relationship and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your dynamic, the patterns you may be stuck in, and what each of you is hoping will change. This session is also a space for you to share openly and begin feeling heard. From there, we’ll start identifying goals and next steps, so you leave with a clearer sense of direction.
