Great to meet you!

A common misconception is that therapy is only useful when something is going wrong in our lives and this often leads to us internalizing too much and powering through our days without taking the time that we should to care for and strengthen ourselves from within. As a clinician providing clinical and direct care services to children, adults, and families in the field for over 11 years, I believe in providing attentive and empathetic care as you journey toward the daily peace that you deserve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through the use of CBT and mindfulness frameworks to support your journey to rediscover yourself we will explore your personal stories and the ways in which your thoughts/beliefs impact your actions so that we can then work together to modify behaviors, strengthen what's already working, and discover new ways to cope and succeed.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal as therapist is to provide a safe space to foster healing, growth, and rediscovery of self, particularly to members of the BIPOC community.

I help clients struggling with anxiety and depression related to work stress, microaggressions, family relationships and racial traumas. Through my care, clients develop coping skills to manage their symptoms and feel empowered in their day-to-day lives.
