Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, and trauma. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, SC. I focus on empowering individuals from all walks of life. This role has deepened my understanding of the importance of open communication in addressing the emotional challenges individuals face.

My approach to therapy

As a Therapist with Lived Experience (TLE), I value authenticity and transparency in my practice. My eclectic therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based therapies such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Art Therapy, and Gottman couples therapy, alongside mindfulness, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I emphasize the importance of utilizing one's support system and community resources to help clients achieve their envisioned lives while respecting cultural considerations.

What you can expect from me

I offer therapy services both in person and online, as well as unique modalities such as walk-and-talk therapy and beach therapy, allowing clients to engage with nature while exploring their emotional landscapes.
