Great to meet you!

Welcome - I'm so grateful you are here. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges, build healthier relationships, and obtain/maintain emotional and mental well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in empathy, compassion, curiosity, and collaboration with a purpose. My approach is non-judgmental, culturally-sensitive, supportive and grounded in evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

As someone with a biblical perspective and background in sociology and human services, I bring a genuine, intentional, caring, humble energy into sessions, helping Clients feel seen, heard, understood, and supported. I offer a uniquely supportive space and experience for you to explore, heal and grow. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation when you are ready - I'd love to be a part of your growth!
