Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and human. I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in relationship patterns, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and understood while also helping you build tools you can use in your everyday life.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Together, we may work on understanding patterns, managing stress, improving communication, setting healthier boundaries, processing emotions, and strengthening your connection with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is supportive, down-to-earth, and practical. I help clients feel heard and understood while also working together to identify patterns, build coping tools, improve communication, and move toward healthier ways of thinking, relating, and coping.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and down-to-earth first session. We’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while we begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals for therapy.
