Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, or overwhelming emotions on your own, you don't have to face them alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you're navigating difficult life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, therapy can provide a safe place to heal and grow.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my highest priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard. My passion for this work deepened while working with families whose children had been removed from their homes. Witnessing the impact trauma and life circumstances can have on individuals and families inspired me to help people heal from the inside out. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should never feel like a one-size-fits-all experience. Every person has a different story, different strengths, and different goals, so I tailor treatment to meet you where you are rather than expecting you to fit into a specific approach.

I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). Whether you're working through anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, grief, anger, or everyday stress, we'll focus on building practical skills that help you feel more confident, resilient, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first experience with counseling. During our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, your strengths, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect a collaborative, supportive environment where your experiences are respected without judgment. Together, we'll develop realistic goals, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create a plan that supports lasting emotional wellness both inside and outside of therapy.
