Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker where I believe in breaking the stigma of mental health in order to improve the quality of life. Throughout my career, I have contributed to helping and impacting individuals through my skills of being relatable, person-centered, compassionate and aware.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with all adult populations with a special emphasis on the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) community. I mainly use cognitive and behavioral approaches; however, I have experience and training in several areas such as TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR and Solution Focused.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a 15 minute free consultation service over the phone. From there, we will have an introductory session where you will be able to share your goals and expectations for therapy services. I hope with building a therapeutic relationship you will find the support, guidance, and push that is needed as you pour back into yourself and build resiliency for life’s challenges and difficult changes.
