Great to meet you!

Growing up in India and continuing my education in both the United Kingdom and the United States has given me a unique perspective on how culture, family, and life experiences shape who we are. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief, or major life transitions.

With nearly three decades of experience, I've learned that meaningful change begins when people feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, my goal is to provide a warm, compassionate space where you can build on your strengths, gain practical tools, and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

No two people come to therapy with the same story, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll look beyond symptoms to understand what's contributing to your stress while recognizing the strengths you already have. My goal is to help you build practical skills that continue helping long after therapy ends.

My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, psychodynamic perspectives, and solution-focused approaches. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, family conflict, trauma, chronic illness, or a major life transition, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have everything figured out before your first appointment. Our first session is simply a conversation about what's been weighing on you, what you'd like to see change, and how I can best support you.

Clients often describe me as warm, patient, and easy to talk to. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can use in everyday life.
