Great to meet you!

Hello! I find myself to be a solution focused counselor. My professional background includes working with various diverse populations of individuals, including age, gender, race, socio-economic backgrounds, as well as professions. I specialize in working with individuals that are dealing with anxiety, depression, work trauma/burn out, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, family or relationship problems and couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach in that I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT and Mindfulness modalities.

What you can expect from me

I like to create an environment of trust, and vulnerability. I believe it is important for people to show up as their truest self, without the feelings of fear or judgement. Goals that are typically incorporated include discussing what the client chooses to work on. The greatest goal is establishing self care, boundaries and living a life that is consistent with the truth of who they are as a person and feeling safe and confident within that right.
