Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting women and clients ages 17+ navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family challenges, and relationship stress. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that affect their confidence, relationships, and daily life. My goal is to help you feel understood, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT, Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy to help you manage emotions, understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build healthier coping skills. I’ll meet you with compassion while helping you create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you want to change, and what support you need most. We’ll explore your concerns, strengths, relationships, and goals without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll identify where to begin and create a plan that fits your needs and pace.
