Great to meet you!

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are no longer serving them.

My approach is both supportive and direct. I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and work with them to make practical, sustainable changes that improve how they function day to day.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral and insight-oriented approaches to help clients identify patterns that contribute to stress, anxiety, and feeling stuck.

Therapy with me is active and goal-oriented. We focus on building awareness, developing more effective responses, and applying those changes in real-life situations. I provide both support and direct feedback to help clients move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on understanding what is bringing you to therapy and what you would like to see change. We will review your current concerns, relevant history, and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to how you are feeling.

We will review intake information, confidentiality, and practice policies so you know what to expect moving forward. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how I work and whether I feel like a good fit for you as a therapist.
