Great to meet you!

My professional background involves many years working in the medical field; in hospital and clinical settings. I have experience working with neurodivergences; both professionally and personally. I also have a wide range of experience and education working with grief/loss/hospice, struggles with depression/anxiety/relationship issues/self-worth and in setting healthy boundaries.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working through an existential/spiritual/humanistic/holistic/moral injury lens approach, where I look at treating the "whole" person and not just by looking at a person's diagnosis. Working in the medical field, I recognized long ago that the unresolved emotions or trauma that one carries can manifest through physical illnesses or chronic emotional illnesses.

What you can expect from me

I believe that "whole person healing" requires a holistic therapy approach in order to be able to heal the "mind, body & spirit" so that you may operate as your best self! Since 2010, I’ve helped my patients/clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help, support and guide you down a healing path, as we work together to develop new ways to handle the issues.
