Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating difficult times, and I am dedicated to holding onto hope for you even when it feels hard to see it yourself. My background is deeply rooted in helping people heal from trauma, manage deep feelings of depression, and quiet those exhausting, repeating thoughts. I bring a blend of traditional and holistic tools to our work—ranging from mindfulness and somatic (body-centered) practices to advanced trauma techniques like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. No matter what you are carrying, I am here to honor your journey and help you reconnect with the peaceful, vibrant person you have inside.

My approach to therapy

My approach is entirely collaborative and focuses on the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I believe true healing happens when we look at both the mind and the body, blending gentle Western therapeutic practices with grounding Eastern wellness traditions. Together, we will partner up to discover practical coping mechanisms that work for your daily life, while also helping your nervous system release stuck emotional stress. My goal is to help you build empowering new habits so you can move away from survival mode and step into a life filled with genuine harmony and peace.

What you can expect from me

Taking that very first step to seek help can feel incredibly daunting, and I want you to feel proud of yourself just for being here. Our first session is all about creating a safe, comfortable space where you can catch your breath and feel truly heard. There is no pressure to dive into your deepest hurts right away; we will move entirely at your pace. We will simply get to know each other, talk about what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin building a trusting partnership. This is a judgment-free zone designed to help you feel secure, supported, and ready to heal whenever you are ready.
