Great to meet you!

I completed my Masters in Social Work at Simmons College in 2006. Having worked in a variety of community based settings, I have become accustomed to using a variety of evidence-based practice modalities. I utilize a strength based approach focusing on cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing among other treatment methods.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy. We will connect around your physical, emotional, and spiritual well being to help you achieve the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Clients will articulate both short and long term goals they wish to achieve in therapy and we will collaborate to make them come to fruition. I will hold them accountable to their goals in a supportive and caring way.
