Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm so glad you're here. My name is Shanae. I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor here to help provide insight, awareness, and support through your therapeutic journey. I’m here to help create pathways of growth and healing and to provide a safe space to gain skills needed to conquer life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client centered. I create a supportive space where you can feel seen and heard while we work together toward meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating mindfulness and strengths-based techniques. I tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward healing and growth
