Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Atlanta, Georgia. I offer telehealth services to clients across the state, embracing our new virtual-first environment. My practice is grounded in a holistic, integrative approach to helping adults overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive in their personal and professional lives. My practice is best suited for individuals who are prepared for change and are ready to do the work to achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and solution-focused. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you address obstacles and develop practical strategies. With CBT we will explore how your thoughts shape your emotions, and I’ll support you in shifting those thoughts to create healthier emotional responses. With SFBT, we’ll highlight your strengths and focus on finding solutions that are actionable and lead to lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’re currently facing. This session is an opportunity for us to explore your expectations, discuss how therapy can support your needs, address any questions or concerns you may have, and ensure my practice is a good fit for your goals. We’ll also talk through practical details like confidentiality, scheduling, and the structure of future sessions. Each session you will work on mastering the tools needed to face challenges with resilience and clarity. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the necessary steps on your journey towards change. I hope you leave feeling lighter more confident as you begin to do the work towards your goals. With time, the things that once felt overwhelming will feel manageable.
