Great to meet you!

I recently opened my own telehealth practice so I could focus entirely on the people I serve and the care they deserve. My work centers on depression, anxiety, PTSD, postpartum depression, adolescent mental health, and weight management. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition or ready to invest in your mental health for the first time, I bring genuine curiosity and warmth to every session. I want to understand what makes you tick, what has gotten in your way, and what a good outcome actually looks like for you, so we can build a plan that fits your real life.

My approach to therapy

Every person who walks into my practice brings a unique story, and I take that seriously. I combine curiosity with warmth to understand your full picture, not just a diagnosis. Together, we will explore what is driving your symptoms and what meaningful, lasting change looks like for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake checklist. I will ask about what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping your life looks like on the other side. I want you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of what we will work on together.
