Great to meet you!

I work best with adults — particularly women — who are tired of just surviving and ready to start actually healing.

My clients are often:

— Working moms who are burned out and running on empty

— High-achieving professionals whose anxiety is getting in the way of the life they want

— Women carrying old wounds

— from childhood, past relationships, or experiences they've never fully processed

— People who've "tried therapy before" but felt like something was missing

— Adults experiencing depression that shows up as numbness, disconnection, or going through the motions

If you've been thinking about therapy for a while but kept putting it off — you're exactly who I built this practice for.

Main Issues:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Women's Issues
  • Stress
  • Burnout (if available)
  • Postpartum / Perinatal Mental Health

Secondary Issues I treat:

  • Life Transitions
  • Grief
  • Self-Esteem
  • Identity Issues
  • Racial Trauma / Multicultural Issues

Modalities to list:

  • Brainspotting
  • Somatic Therapy
  • Trauma-Focused CBT
  • Person-Centered Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Approaches

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational first. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is what creates change — not just the techniques. When you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted (not fixed, not judged), your nervous system starts to relax. And that's when real healing becomes possible.

From there, I draw on trauma-informed and somatic approaches — including Brainspotting — to help your body release what your mind has been holding onto. Because anxiety, depression, and trauma don't just live in your thoughts. They live in your body, and that's where we do some of our most powerful work together.

Together, we'll look at the patterns, the stories, and the wounds that have been quietly running your life — and start changing them at the root.

You'll find me direct, warm, and genuinely invested in your growth.

I specialize in somatic approaches, including Brainspotting, which work with the body's stored trauma rather than just the cognitive narrative around it. This is especially powerful for anxiety, depression, and trauma that hasn't responded to talk therapy alone.

My goal is to help you identify the unresolved pieces of your story that are keeping you stuck — and walk with you as you finally move through them.

What you can expect from me

Honestly? Most people walk into a first session a little nervous — and I want you to know that's completely normal. You don't need to have the perfect words or know exactly what you need. We'll figure that out together.

In our first session, I'm not going to throw a worksheet at you or start with a long intake checklist. I'm going to listen — really listen — to what's brought you here and what's been weighing on you. You'll have space to share as much or as little as you're ready for.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to:

— Feel genuinely heard, not assessed or evaluated — Have a clearer sense of what's been going on beneath the surface — Walk away with at least one practical tool or insight you can use right away — Know whether we're a good fit — and I'll be honest with you about that too

My job in that first session is to make sure you leave feeling lighter, not overwhelmed. You took a brave step just by showing up — and I'm going to honor that.
