Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to your journey of healing! My name is Shandria R. Woodall and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is simple and straight forward and I will work hard to help you achieve healing and growth. I believe that taking the time to build rapport, showing compassion, showing empathy, providing support and developing a safe therapeutic environment are key components to helping to make your healing journey successful.
