Great to meet you!

With over 40 years in recovery, and a Zen and Yoga practice, my approach is collaborative and heart-centered. Together we explore how you may live a richer more meaningful life. In addition to CG Jung, influences include Marion Woodman, Robert Johnson, Martin Seligman, and Mihaly Csíkszentmihályi. I work with creative people:artists, film makers, writers, and musicians. Background in Youth and Family Services, and ADHD. Recently published "ADHD: A Heartful Approach," available on Amazon.com.

My approach to therapy

Client centered, Strengths based, values driven. The Heartfulness approach entails the integration of cognitive, behavioral, somatic, and Mindfulness practices. A depth Soul-Centered approach involved the use of story, archetype, mythology, symbolism, and looking at dreams.

I'm also certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a combo of Narrative Re-Authorizing and traditional CBT.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a collaborative environment in which they focus on their talents, abilities, interests, skills and values and learn to apply this awareness to increase their sense of wellbeing.
