My approach to therapy

When it comes to therapy, I embrace the unique qualities of each person and situation. That’s why I’m an eclectic therapist. I understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and the therapy I offer reflects that belief. Whether it’s using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I’m here to tailor my methods to suit your needs.

What you can expect from me

I’ve seen firsthand the power of support during life’s darkest moments. We all go through times when we feel alone, but remember, life isn’t meant to be a solo journey. Sometimes, we need someone to walk alongside us, providing strength and stability. So, if you find yourself in one of those moments, don’t hesitate to reach out. You don’t have to go through it alone – I’m here to help.
