Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma specialist who believes healing is about reclaiming your wholeness—not about perfection or constant resilience. My practice is rooted in spirituality, collective care, and a deep respect for the wisdom of lived experience. I am especially passionate about supporting Black women, femmes, LGBTQIA+ communities, and those carrying generational and complex trauma. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve also been a community organizer, which allows me to honor both the personal and systemic challenges my clients navigate.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empowering, and gently challenging—holding space for deep compassion while also inviting growth. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach that centers your story, your body, and your spirit. This often includes narrative and relational work, somatic awareness, and holistic practices that create space for release and renewal. In session, I see therapy as a sacred container where you can set down the heavy weight of survival and practice what it means to feel safe, whole, and fully seen.

What you can expect from me

Clients leave with tools for grounding and self-regulation, greater insight into their patterns, and a stronger connection to their own inner wisdom. You can expect to feel affirmed and supported, while also being invited to stretch into new ways of caring for yourself. My hope is that each session helps you move closer to peace, clarity, and the freedom to honor your needs without apology.
