Great to meet you!

"Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls your life."

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over nine years of heartfelt dedication to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness. Over the course of my career, I have had the honor of working with children as young as six years old, teens, and adults, helping each person feel seen, heard, and supported.

My experience spans a wide range of populations and clinical needs. I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and more. I bring extensive experience in suicide prevention, supporting human trafficking survivors, working with foster care youth, and walking alongside young adults aging out of the foster care system. I have also supported community youth through complex emotional and environmental challenges.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in resilience and the human capacity for growth. I strive to create a warm, safe, and empowering space where clients can explore their stories, build confidence, and discover the strength within themselves. My passion is helping individuals not just cope but truly heal, thrive, and build the lives they envision.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a therapeutic style grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Through CBT, I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, supporting them in developing healthier patterns that empower long-term change. With a solution-focused lens, I collaborate with clients to identify their strengths, build on what is already working, and create practical steps toward the future they want.
