Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes healing starts with feeling genuinely seen and understood. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical support. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or navigating a difficult season of life, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you build tools that support real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and what you want to move toward. I’ll help you notice patterns, understand your emotional world, and develop coping strategies that actually fit your life. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of things, and feel supported as you work toward greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’re hoping will change, and what feels most important right now. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded, like you’ve taken a meaningful first step and don’t have to carry everything on your own anymore.
