Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore life’s challenges openly and honestly . I believe healing looks different for everyone, which is why I use an integrative approach tailored to each client’s specific needs and life experiences.

I specialize in working with individuals and families, those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate the complexities of adulthood, identity, relationships, and personal growth.

My goal is to help clients feel heard, seen, empowered, and equipped with the tools needed to move toward healing, balance, and growth. I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting clients where they are in their journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges. Life can often feel like a rollercoaster filled with highs, lows, and unexpected turns, and navigating those experiences alone can feel overwhelming. I use an integrative approach tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. Whether processing past childhood experiences, adjusting to new life transitions, or simply needing a listening ear, my goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and understood throughout their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they can begin exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Together, we will discuss your concerns, goals for therapy, and the experiences that have shaped you. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves while beginning the process of healing and growth. Clients can also expect to begin develop practical tools and valuable life skills that can be used both during and beyond their time in therapy.
