Great to meet you!

Grief doesn't RSVP. Neither does the moment you realize the life you built doesn't fit anymore. That's usually when people find me. I'm curious to a fault, the kind of person that asks the question you hoped nobody would notice you avoided. I'm not the therapist who nods along while you rehash the same Tuesday for the fortieth time. Nothing changes if nothing changes, and let’s not watch you circle the same drain for a year. If you're ready to do something about your life, I'm your person. I love working with other helping professionals (yes, we need therapy too), twice-exceptional folx whose brains run differently than the manual suggests, women untangling what they want from what they were told to want, and the LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationships community navigating a world still catching up.

My approach to therapy

Grief is a passion of mine, not the tidy five-stages version, but the messy kind that shows up uninvited at birthdays and grocery stores.

Life transitions are my other specialty. Not just graduation or a new job, but the quieter ones too, like the divorce that feels more like relief than loss. I'll help you find the shape of what's next, not the wreckage of what was. Come with goals. Be ready to feel a little uncomfy. Bring your humor because we will do more than just crying.

What you can expect from me

This is your space. We’ll go at your pace. Sometimes that means tears. Sometimes that means laughter. Most of the time, it means permission to show up exactly as you are.

Sound like your vibe? Let’s talk!!
