Hello my name is Shanequiwa Sledge. My experience is in trauma, grief, and loss; as well as, child and family/relationship dynamics. I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience in working with a variety of traumas and other life adjusting experiences. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and specialize in trauma. I am compassionate, I embrace the challenge that comes with therapy, and I enjoy co-creating with my clients the life that they desire.

My style of therapy includes direct communication and gentle confrontation. I also pride myself in collaborating with clients to create the ideal lifestyle. I work through a trauma-informed lens but also reinforce accountability.
