Greetings! My name is Shanice, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 8 years of experience in the field of mental health.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and have provided therapy services in outpatient, hospital, and school settings.

I specialize in treating individuals ages 16-40 years old, experiencing self-image and self-worth challenges, along with anxiety and depression as a result of chronic stress.

I prioritize treating each client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, while utilizing a collaborative approach to therapy. I invite my clients to sit in the driver’s seat on their therapeutic journey - as I believe that they are the true expert on what the best version of themselves looks, feels, and sounds like.

I provide a non-judgmental, freeing environment where you can express yourself openly.
