Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist committed to empowering individuals to be the best version of themselves. I have over 7 years of Clinical Experience, a wealth of knowledge in various modalities and an open mind for continuous learning and growing. All of my treatment interventions are tailored to the specific person and what he/she/they desires to accomplish.

My approach to therapy

We are with ourselves 24/7, which sometimes causes us to be mean to ourselves, not believe in our potential or doubt our abilities. I strongly believe in the importance of empowerment, mindfulness and self advocacy. My overall goal is to assist with healthier thinking patterns, push you to challenging your thinking, empower you to advocate for yourself and assist with stress management or emotional discomfort.

What you can expect from me

As a Therapist, I want my clients to leave the session feeling; supported, empowered and ready to make a positive change. I welcome you to explore your feelings in a safe and judgement free environment. You can expect to feel heard and have a safe space conducive to your growth, healing and reaching those personal goals.
